lk_brockmeyer @amydfisk It is 100% Sterling Silver with Rhodium plating. Which I love, because you do not have to worry about tarnish. 💗. In regards to stones and wear, I ordered one for my oldest daughter who was pregnant and she has worn it every day for the past 4 months and has had no problems with stones. She delivered her baby and still needs to wear it until her weight goes down. I hope these answers help to your questions help! 💗
