jenova323 @nessyposh I have not worn them. I usually wear pierced. However, looking at them in person, the little white pad is pretty soft and can even be removed if its too thick. It just pops out. The metal also will bend so you can gently bend them to not squeeze if they are too tight. I hope this helps some!
