amandas2ndroom @v_m_c I’ve even tried to contact posh and went as far as begging them to let someone return an item (14 days after I was given 5 stars, it was changed to 1 Star). I was only given the copy/paste response of once they accept there’s no returns, etc. I was telling moongoddess7 I’ve started screening my buyers’ love notes they’ve given. If I get an uneasy feeling, I just cancel the order.

It has to be the MOST frustrating experience on Poshmark to post , sell , & ship a quality item with full confidence and then receive a terrible review with NO explanation or one that’s just full of LIeS!!!!! I had a woman bundle 5 of my husbands sneakers ( Jordan’s and other retro ) all in EXCELLENT condition she gave me 1 star and claimed “ the soles were literally falling off the shoes “ ..... ummmmmm

I emailed them too about their system & I told them I will do as much as possible to make sure people know their system is flawed & I will be gone for awhile until things change! Then they offered me a credit- of course just a way to make me spend even more money! They need to be tackling this before people really get scammed to where there are lawsuits!

It even tells them not to give a bad rating based on the fit, solely on the garment itself and if it was true to description, how well the seller communicated etc.. wholeheartdwife @v_m_c So the Shipping that the buyer pays is good for up to 5 lbs , the bundle weighed like 14 lbs ! So when you go to print the label you might notice the “upgrade your shipping label “option? Anytime you have to upgrade the label the fees come out of your earnings as the seller. I’ve run into this on another occasion with shoe bundles . They can weigh a lot !

The buyer never asked for measurements and told Posh I had misrepresented the item because they didn't fit. I provided pictures with measurements etc, and Posh allowed a refund.

After reading her love notes I think she is going to be difficult so I stopped answering her. Then agf0605 bought thr sweater. She received the sweater then made a clsim about holes. And if they say it’s a replica most of them don’t get taken down unless extremely reported or emailed directly. The only things I have control over on the listing are item description and condition with listing pictures. It is beyond unfair if some one rates because they don't like it or it's not what they thought.

blizziger_2 I have seen people return an item that isn't even what they originally purchased. I really don't know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
