Love this sweet dress from Express - only wore once to a wedding a couple years ago. Has a sweetheart neckline and faux wrap with lining underneath (see last photo). It has hoops for straps, but sadly I lost them! Can only be worn strapless. Chest - 15 inches Length - 27.5 inches
