I don’t have the receipt but purchased from Kate Spade in Orlando couple years ago. Used but still in great condition, outside shows no wear, scratches or stains. Gorgeous bag but too small for me!

@sarahevers907 I think you may just be seeing a reflection of lights on the hardware? The straps are in excellent condition with extremely minor scuffs.
