Brocade Embroidered Anthropologie Dress

Only worn twice. I added lace at the bottom on the inside slip so the dress would hit my knees but it can be removed as shown in last picture. Length is 34.5” without the lace and 37” with the lace. For reference I am 5’2”. Waist lying flat is about 13.5”.
