Prom dress

Be the bell of the bell of the ball! I wore it once, and so far it's been my favorite dress to wear to a dance. I'm 5'3" and wear 2 inch heels. Due to the large lined nature of the skirt and the material, two tailor shops advised my mother to cut it evenly on the bottom, any hemming would bunch it. It flows nicely and looks fantastic.
