Romeo & Juliet Couture crushed velvet burgundy off the shoulder dress with heart neckline. Size Small. New with tags - NWT. Never used. This gorgeous well constructed dress features loose fitting sleeves with a bow at the cuffs. Zipper on the back, and another hidden zipper on the inside for the built in bustier. Hits just around the knees. 90% polyester, 10% Spandex. Measures about 27” long.
