@debbi10 Hi, we don’t know why the automated Poshmark system does that. We did not push for feedback in anyway or force acceptance. We can only go by the USPS tracking system and it stated delivered. We had no idea you didn’t receive it until yesterday, when you commented. We immediately reached out to Poshmark to look into how this could happen- a piece saying delivered via USPS and somehow not getting to you. Especially because this is the first time it has ever happened to us this way.

@debbi10 We were asking them to refund you, but don’t know what their policy is on this as we can only go by tracking. Is it possible that the package was stolen from your mail delivery point? We have sent you mail before and this didn’t happen. Just trying to understand what Poshmark can do at this point, as they control the release of funds.

They are now aware of the issue and recommend that you send them an email by hitting the “contact Poshmark support” button, so they can get to the bottom of this with you, as we have pix of the package and label and USPS system showed delivered, there’s nothing more we can do from our end. 💐We sincerely apologize for the mishap and wish we had known sooner so we could have helped even more💐
