thespicylemon @kristencha I’ve messaged poshmark to see what is best. Please don’t put it back in mail like that, there is NO way to track it. 😳 I will let you know once poshmark gets back to me. I’m guessing they will send you a label with tracking info. Thanks.

thespicylemon @kristencha you don’t need to go to the post office just give it to your postal person like you would any other package - but I am sure poshmark will want to send a label for return on this. I’m sorry for the mishap but just need to make sure it gets to the correct person so I need to have poshmark step in as this has never happened to me before, thank you!

thespicylemon @kristencha how do you print labels for the items you’re selling? Poshmark does not mail you labels. Sorry I’m not trying to over complicate this, but this doesn’t make sense. Are you wanting to buy the jacket? They sent you a label via email - so just print it like you do all of the others you ship out.

thespicylemon @kristencha I have asked poshmark to step in on this, It doesn’t seem like you are willing to send the jacket back, I don’t know what else to do. This doesn’t make sense and isn’t fair to the person who is waiting for the jacket. There are printers all over you can use to print the label.

kristencha @thespicylemon it’s not the i am unwilling. i just don’t believe it is my responsibility to spend MY time and resources to correct a mistake YOU made. if a label is provided to me, i will happily leave the package for the mailman to collect. or i can just mark return to sender.

thespicylemon @kristencha the label has been sent to you, so check your email. This isn’t difficult and I have asked poshmark to step in if this isn’t shipped back to me this week. You’re making it much more difficult than it needs to be and holding someone else’s paid for item so I am guessing poshmark will charge your account if this isn’t sent back. Please think about how frustrating this is for me and the person waiting for their merchandise to deal with.

thespicylemon @kristencha you were sent a label thru poshmark yesterday. I have already contacted poshmark - but I am sure if this is not sent back with the label they emailed to you that it will confirm you have decided to keep it. It’s pretty simple. This is not complicated at all, it just appears you are not willing to return the item.

thespicylemon @kristencha . I’ve offered to email you a label with tracking, went to poshmark and asked them to send you a label for tracking and each time you refuse. So yes it appears as tho you are not willing to work with poshmark and I to return the item. Everyone has access to a printer somewhere.... a friend, your neighbor, print at the office. SOMEONE can print the return label for you- anyway, I’ll let poshmark deal with this since you refuse to use the label they’ve supplied to return the item.

NO ONE from poshmark has contacted me about this. i am more than happy to speak with them and let them know that i will be marking the box return to sender and it is no longer my issue after that. and i absolutely DO NOT want to keep your jacket. it looks used and i would never purchase “used gymware” on poshmark.

stephyplechy @kristencha @thespicylemon okay I dont want anyone to argue over this situation. However Poshmark did email me that @thespicylemon reached out and that a shipping label was sent... I’m not sure what’s going but this is proving to be a bigger hassle than it should be. From my understanding PM is involved since they have directly emailed to twice ensuring they were taking care of the situation.

I don’t know the protocol but at this point cancelling my order and re ordering when @thespicylemon has the jacket back her in possession seems like the best option since I paid quiet a lot for this jacket. Please be kind to each other and find a solution. Maybe you should contact PM as well. They reached out to me first before i addressed the problem.
