Since it is polyester, I must note that it is the kind of material that makes you hot in hot weather and does not keep warm in cold weather. it seems.better suited for temperate climates. edekonor @niteflower Good evening. The waist is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, so the stretch is fair, but as it’s not an elastic waistband, the stretch will not be extensive.

edekonor @niteflower aloha. The skirt is simply a polyester and spandex waist. There is no zipper or buttons. It would be a slide on skirt and then there is an additional belt that stretches. Hope this helps.🌺
