Karla Martinez sent me the wrong item and then blocked me! I was out of town for a funeral so I couldn’t get the item within the 3 days. :( This was supposed to be a MK backpack, not a cheap fake leather tote. I later found the photo on M e r i c a r, under a completely different person, Angie Mercado. Last photo is Poshmark’s email to me, says a case was never opened in the app! What the heck, I did too! Anyway, I sent the purse back to her that I didn’t order, w/ a Bible msg on salvation.

pamannh @shannaw73 send poshmark an email and ask for a refund. Keep screenshots etc and they will look into it. You paid $90 for a plastic tote? Same color lol not laughing at u love but some people have no shame. Uugghh😥 I'm so glad I didn't buy from her I'm big on receiving things as posted and what you sell me is what i need to get or I'm gettig my money back.

I had a lady block me because i counteroffered her 44 dollars on a 50 bundle which is 20%. Instead of countering she blocked me. Big mistake! I buy alot on here and i would be spent alot of money with her.

aretzlaff45 I'm not going to block her. I'm going to keep going to her closet and report any listing that doesn't conform to Poshmark rules. If people keep doing this, they will shut her closet down, then she won't be able to scam anyone on here again. I've already reported one item, looking for more.

shannaw73 @shelsley92 yes, I have. They have been very slow to respond and talked about their 3 day policy to accept the item, but they’ll get back to me. It’s pretty obvious she’s dishonest. If you look at the other site I mentioned and look up MK pink backpack, it’s the exact same photo from this other user. Sad.

If she’s indeed scamming— and blocking you for calling her in the carpet for it sure is suspect—- it would make sense to suspend her account so they won’t have even more fraud to investigate. Just sayin...

icj227 I’ve had the same problem with a scammer sending a replica . I don’t as not by a printer to print out the shipping label from Poshmark but still went ahead and shipped the item back to the seller via usps then sent screen shots of the shipment to Poshmark and not only did they not suspend her account but I never got the credit back to my account from Poshmark. It’s such a shame how Poshmark makes so much money off of people but are so unreliable when it comes to issues like this .

fdisbrow @shannaw73 I just commented on the listing she was supposed to sell to you saying not to buy. I also noticed that all her high-end listings (including the MK backpack) have the same nails in the pictures (long stiletto style nails w different color on ring finger), but in the lower-end stuff that's probably actually hers, the nails are completely different (natural nails). Probably b/c all her high-end pictures are stolen.

I’m sharing this so that other people are warned about this sort of thing. Not about getting back at her, but just so people will be really careful. I don’t want others cheated too.
