luvsumshopin @jg716 Everything that says boutique in the top right hand of the corner i buy from a vendor & has never been opened or used. 75% of my items r from my boutique.If u look at anyone's listings it will say boutique as well if they buy from vendors, have their retail license and it is new items.It also means we carry those items in bulk & if its clothing in various sizes.Therefore,it will never be marked new or used.New only means they have never used it & there is only one.Thanks 4 ur interest.
