Brand new, with tags. They are so comfortable and fabulous!100% rayon. My suggestion is that the size medium will fit like a size 4 and the size S will fit like a size 2. I am 5.7". S - 36.5"L x 32" in seam x 13" waist laying flat x 9" crotch to top. M - 37"L x 32.5" in seam x 14.5" waist laying flat x 9.5" crotch to bottom. L - will best fit sizes either 6 or 8. The measurements are provided in the comments below. Top (one size fits all) in 6 different colors also available!

martus @taralynne57 Hi @taralynne57 :) I was just able to get the large size for you and just tried them on to see if the 8 will fit. I believe it will if you're a true 8. If you're between 8-10 (or more toward 10) that may be an issue. If you would like me to measure it for you I can but I wont be able to do that before 7 PM this evening.

martus @taralynne57 Yes, I have the pants that are labeled L. In my opinion they will fit size 8 but I can't guarantee it because everyone's sizing and perspective is different. I believe the L will fit size either 6 or 8. I can provide you with measurements of the L size after 7PM tonight.

martus @taralynne57 Hello again:) I got the measurements sooner than predicted. Here they are: approx 38"L x 32" in seam x 15.5" waist area laying flat (it stretches to about 18" laying flat due to the elastic in he back). The crotch to top measures approx 10" and around hips area approx 23" laying flat. I hope that is helpful, if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I have a measuring tape handy! 😉

martus @taralynne57 Well, if you are approx 42 inches around your hips, you should be OK because The approximate measurement I got was 23 inches laying flat which ends up being approx 46 inches around the waist. I know this is not easy to make a decision so please take your time. There is no rush. And if you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask. Xx

martus @dhasler Hip laying flat is approximately 19 inches but if you are more of a size 4 in pants the size S could be slightly too tight on you? You can probably still fit in them but they won't to be as 'loose' on you as they are meant to look.

martus @dhasler Well, there's some stretch to it but not much. I just measured to waist and it's stretch- I got 17.5" stretched to maximum. Because there's no zipper or bottom closure you have to pull them up and that's the most the waist will stretch to. I'm a true size 4 at the moment and I just tried them on. I was able to pull them all the way up but I didn't like there was enough room to move around to make me feel comfortable. I'm 5.7" by the way.

martus @dhasler The M is what I'm modeling in pictures and I feel perfect in it. Sure, I can shoot a quick photo for you. Just give me 15 min or so. Your height will probably work in your advantage in this case.

martus @dhasler I just submitted a photo showing how the size small looks on me. I apologize for the raw lighting. I have to say, the more I walked around in them the more comfortable I felt! I do believe that your height should help making these pants a perfect fit for you. Especially now after I tried them on and moved around for a bit.

martus @cjhollenbeck Hi, technically I do but they run small. In my opinion the L will fit like an 8. That's the largest I've got in these. I have a similar style ones in size L. I'll tag you in that listing now ;)
