oliverosewoods @buttonsmcgee From armpit to armpit seam it measures ~17" Waist ~16" and can stretch to ~17" It is a loose skirt so it can accommodate many sizes but depending on where your hips it on the dress it measures ~25" I hope that all helps☺️☺️❤️❤️
