Hi, I want to share a little bit about myself. My husband and I have a small farm in rural Virginia. We have 4 adult children (1 still at home with is...for now lol), one grandchild and my grandmother whom also lives with us. I am now a full time reseller. An unfortunate chain of medical issues rendered me unable to continue both of my full time careers. I'm a PoshMark ambassador, mentor and top seller...always willing to help a fellow posher! Also, I am always looking for new PFF's so, reach out and say hey!

jmandi7180 @funkypineapple Well both sort of. Long story short, I have bought and resold for years on eBay. Changes in customers being drawn to that are less than desirable for the most part but it was fun. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus and R.A. I ended up needing a extensive spine surgery in August 2016 (3 days after my wedding 😔). That is where my career ended. I did hair for 21 years and had recently opened an investigation firm with my hubby.

jmandi7180 @funkypineapple cont...I am now home and homeschooling 2 special needs teens full time. It isn't necessary for me to "work" from home however, it is how I make myself feel financially useful. My hubby loves the hunt for the good stuff as well so it is income and hobby.

funkypineapple @jmandi7180 gotcha! I am sorry for your troubles but you sound like you are putting your best step forward and you sound positive. I do that to. I live in NC and in the floods last year we lost our entire business and had no flood insurance & a few years ago my ex- stole all my money and most of my dads. I am doing this for money but I also have a website I am launching very soon.

margitscloset @jmandi7180 your closet is awesome...😚you know it can be an old picture, which i tend to use. Some people use a glower or something they love. I see so many awesome pictures some Poshers use and i am still playing with mine. The only problem is people get usef to your signature picture and when i changed it they think it's someone else.... i am sure you will figure it out. jmandi7180 @monroe1977 Anytime babe! I understand struggling with health issues! I have lupus, rheumatoid arthritis and scoliosis just to name a few. I don't get to put the hours into posh that I would like to myself. That is the beauty of it though! Posh is now my "job " of sorts because I am able to promote my closet from my bed if need be , or some days not at all and there isn't someone standing over my shoulder waiting to give me a pink slip lol. abssoluebliss Amanda. Thumper is perfect , you have a couple other items I like as well but your too high for me on SSI, due to a traumatic brain injury. Many closets have been so great, but your prices seem to be much support. With the high postage, I would have to value a bundle much lower. I have to use my proceeds from the sales to pay for the $3,800 a month of medication that it takes to keep my organs from shutting down. The majority of my closet is very expensive, name brand or boutique purchased items from before I became unable to work

jmandi7180 @abssoluebliss With that being said, I price my items very reasonably for the quality that they are and also take great pride in the way my items are packaged and presented which costs money as well. PoshMark keeps 20 percent of the profit right off of the top. I have never had anyone complain about my prices being to high at all because they understand as sellers as well, that it isn't a yard sale site.

The Boers used to be my favorite but the breed has been so overbred that it is hard to find good stock. In other words, the shipping discount can only be initiated by PoshMark or the seller. I would recommend adding the item to a bundle where you can send the seller a private message regarding what you are willing to pay OR adjust your counter offer lower to reflect a shipping discount. I hope this helps!
