teebabiiii @mbruins hi yes there are slits on both sides , as far as the measurement I'll have to take it later tonight ...but the material is very stretchy if that helps .

777discounts I'm sorry, this looks like a full length dress and yet in your comments you say its 14 inches long. Is this for a child ? That's just a couple inches longer than a foot. And from you measurments you're saying that the bust measurments are wider than the dress is long? I'm confused

teebabiiii @777discounts I measured this last year and I honestly don't remember I could have measured it wrong so I'll have to remeasure to make sure but this is an adults dress not for a child
