@jwsules I’ll keep my eye out for you! Sometimes people list things they aren’t necessarily in love with before big launches. And they are set to release In Hopefully 2-3 weeks! If I find any on here I’ll tag you immediately. And shoot they may have had back stock and when they put it up it went fast. I heard all these aren’t necessarily restocks but small backstocks form people returning. I feel like that’s why only certain sizes were in stock and how some went in like 2 seconds.

@kraymond_5 Makes sense! I hadn't ever tried anything from Alphalete until the hi-lo crops last week! 😱 I'm obsessed! Are the leggings TTS? I feel like I'm on the bigger end of a true medium - I can bounce between medium and large in leggings pretty easily depending on fabrics!

@kraymond_5 Of course I've been a Gymshark girl since last summer - it was the first activewear brand I could fit into after losing my first 50 lbs, so I treated myself to some seamless leggings and was so nervous a large would still be too tight (before they started offering XL) and I've been an activewear connoisseur ever since! 😂 I just love that I started out watching Nikki B and Christian on YouTube and now I've got Gymshark, Buffbunny and Alphalete...one big happy family in my wardrobe! 🤣

@jwsules How I describe it is true to size. I’m always a smal/XS and when I heard they ran small I ordered mediums. However they did fit but they skip down during workouts, had tons of extra fabric in the crotch and the legs, and so I ordered smalls next and absolutely loved the fit. These are stretchy. The fabric has lots of give and acts like a second skin.

@jwsules Whenever I wear them it literally feels like I have nothing on. The fabric is insanely breathable and provides great compression. I get mediums in the lighter colors to help with squat proofness. I feel it’s how you like your leggings. If you like compression and aren’t worried about maybe slight sheerness get a medium. Though they could be squat proof on you too.

@jwsules I had no issue with squat proofness in my correct size but I’ve seen others do. If you like more of a comfy fit then larges could be your bff. But they could have extra fabric! It’s up to you though! Preference wise!

@jwsules Maybe I’m crazy but I’m not all that into the ombré. Everyone else seems to be in love and I just feel like I’m in the corner kinda like you go guys but I don’t want to wear it. I loved the teal ombré but I would want them in solid teal. So I’m hoping alphalete drops a teal and a green. My heart would stop.

@jwsules I’m bias because I had two pairs of gymshark leggings rip on me when squatting. My alphalete have never done me dirty like that. I think that’s why I’m in a semi-boycott gymshark just because quality isn’t there for me. I need something reliable because I don’t hold back in the gym! Oh and congrats on the 50 pounds. I’m down 15, but I can’t say it’s much considering I’ve always been small. I’m just loosing the first year of college weight I put on 😂

@kraymond_5 I loooove neon with my whole heart, so when I saw the bright peach coral ombré, I about died! It's subtle enough that it's not like WOAH ombré, but I just love how bright it is!! 😍 I hated the first colors they released in the ombré - the dark pink to white or light pink with the dark pink seam all the way down the leg...just looked like girls were having their periods down their legs! Kinda gross, I know, but that's all I could think of when I saw those leggings!!

@jwsules Thank you. Mine is nowhere near as big as yours. I just have to shave my extra fluff of. You literally transformed yourself and I respect the hell out of that. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on my Alphalete’s too. They make the booty look 😍😍👌🏼 they don’t flatten it out and have very subtle contour lines. They are beyond amazing. I wear them to class and to the gym. I hardly take them off. Which is why I have 8 pairs and 4 pairs of their shorts lol. I’m hooked. They are all I buy!

@kraymond_5 I've been a big girl my whole life, not to mention I'm 5'9" so I just thought I was supposed to be bigger since I was tall. The first time I put a size small on and it FIT, I literally bawled! It was the weirdest thing ever...to be XL and XXL most of my 20s and now be S and M in my 30s...CRAZY I tell ya!

@jwsules I’m only 20 so it’s hard to relate. I’ve never been big. I played soccer my whole life and then I blew out my knee, got a concussion, and dislocated my shoulder since before I finally quit. After that I gained weight. I was always 105 at 5 feet fall which was healthy. Then I went to 135 which was obviously not okay for my size. Now I’m sitting pretty at 115. Still have some to go but I figured out where my issues were. But congratulations once again!

@shiloh_britt I haven’t tried buffbunny. My friend owns the leggings though so I’ve tried them on I have just never purchased. In my opinion the difference is in the material. Buffbunny is much thicker and less forgiving. Alphalete is much more like a second skin. Lighter and more breathable! That’s typically what I prefer so I stick to my alphas and skip the bunnys 😂

I’m checking their IG every day but still nervous. @emnmlove yes! They left marks all over my legs too! I couldn’t even move it felt like. My ankles were so restricted too because they were about 5 inches too long and then add in the fact that they’re way too tight and if just gave me a ton of bunched of super tight fabric. Horrid! I would be comfortable in a large in those things and I’m usually an XS or S in true sized leggings! Hoping my mediums aren’t too big in the alphas.

@shiloh_britt what’s your measurements? I’m 5 feet tall, 113 lbs, 25.5 waist and 38 bum ratio. I prefer my smalls but still like my mediums. I pretty much fit both the only issue you’ll see with mediums is they A) aren’t as compressive but still have decent compression. And B) you’re going to have some excess material at the ankles and in the crotch. It’s not terrible on me and it doesn’t look funky. But in smalls I don’t have that issue as all.

I wouldn’t mind if it was middle of May because then I have 3 more paychecks to add to my savings for the launch 😉 considering picking some things up for my babe. He’s been super interested but is unsure of quality and fit. He’s top heavy. Big shoulders and arms but little torso 😂 he’s just happy when the scales reflect he’s gaining weight. It’s funny for a muscular dude he doesn’t weigh much 😂😂

@kraymond_5 omg I forgot to tell you!! I got them. And I’m wearing them now. They fit absolutely perfect! Couldn’t be happier with the fit (still a little long tho), but they are definitely a little sheer. Figured they would be since they’re pink, but it’s not horribly bad! I can get away with it on arm day 😁 The color is amazing! I like how the detailing is white so you can clearly see it unlike the shale grey.

Hi there I had a question about the marl shale, do they show any sweat and are they squat proof? The only one I won are the green revivals in a small, I love them, thinking of transitioning away from Gymshark.

@rwiles1126 I haven’t had any issues with sweat on the darker colors. I have yet to do a full hiit workout in my lilac purples, but all the others including the light gray (slate) have been completely sweat proof for me! And congrats on the green girl! I’ve been looking all over for those 😍 but yea I sold all my gymshark and created this collection. They are the best in my opinion 💕 hope that helps!

@rwiles1126 Also for squat proof I have no issue with them being see through. The only ones that got sheer where the lilac and slate. I sized up to mediums in them and that issue was completely solved for me! I made sure my boyfriend and best friend would tell me during leg day if they were see through and I didn’t have an issue when I sized up in the lighter colors. The dark colors have been 100% squat proof for me!

The smalls fit me, but they are still tight on my legs, but not tight enough on my waist, so I worried the mediums would be too big for me.... I'm excited for the their next release date!!!

@rwiles1126 I have a relatively small waist so I can agree the smalls fit well, and the mediums def are a little big. But I would prefer them to be a little big in the light colors because then they aren’t see through! Also yea girl let me know those have been an iso of mine for quite some time 😂 but I think sweat would really depend on how bad you get. I drip sweat and in the shale they didn’t show, but I’m naturally not a huge huge sweater. I don’t pool like other girls can

It’s like I’m busting ass during hiit to get a good sweat on and all you see is mild amounts of perspiration on my body 😅 @shiloh_britt and maybe @darla_94 can help verify sweat proofness. Do you girls have any issues with sweat showing in these? I don’t but it’s always good to get others opinions!

@kraymond_5 I sweat ridiculously a lot and very quick! Walk up the stairs? Sweating. Walking to class? Sweating. Just woke up from a nap? Sweating. 😅😭 I didn't see any sweat marks on the crushed Violets alphalete leggings tho. It could be also because of the color

@darla_94 she was curious about the shales so I think they’d be sweatproof. They are a super dark charcoal gray so I’m sure it would be okay. I’m not sure how the lighter colors hold up for my girls who sweat a lot. I just retain so much water it’s insane

@darla_94 I know the gym is a place for sweating. I don’t care how I look at the gym either. I’m not afraid to admit I have my boyfriend watch my form and give me pointers when I first started out. Hell even now if I feel like I’m not properly isolating a muscle I have him watch to make sure my form is 100% and that I’m not loose. I could care less about what people think because I’m there to better myself!

Gymshark twlls you what they are launching a month before and usually by launch time I didn’t want it anymore because I lost interest. Granted they also didn’t have the quality to back the brand like alphalete does. But I’m dying to see the colors I hope they are beautiful spring colors!

@darla_94 it’s not terrible. I can’t complain since it’s not a lot of fat, but it’s something I acquired after going to college for a year and a half and not being active. I had a bad back injury in 2016. It took me out for a while and I had to do physical therapy. But I’m back and better now. Just hoping to shred everything off!

@darla_94 Thank you! I am too. When I first got injured they said I could only for for 15 minutes 3 times a day. I had pretty much pulled/tore all the muscles on the left size of my back and pulled muscle and pinched nerves in my left hip. I was painful for quite a while

@darla_94 I just feel like they wouldn’t be a great workout legging. Maybe causal wear! But I want it to look like I’m wearing pants you know? Nude can match your skin tone and it can look funny or vise versa it won’t match your skin tone and could look funny you know? It’s a really hard color to pull off in a legging because it molds to your body and can appear as skin you know?

I love this n I'm laughing at how obsessed we all are! Just started my leggings obsession n by far alphaletes are my fav. I've red(v1), violets, n estate in med. Someone asked about sweat proof...I sweat a lot...the red maybe bc they're solid color or v1 show a bit (booty side not front) but not too bad. I imagine the lighter colors would too. Hope that helps! :)

@lyssmartinezzzz Honestly I’m a 25.5 inch waist 133 lbs and a 38 bum/hip measurement. I wear a size small. You’re a little bigger than me in some measurements but I’ve heard of girls with larger measurements say the mediums were too big. It depends on how you like the fit and what level of sheerness you’d be okay with. I’d say medium for squat proof but you may run into the issue of extra fabric because these are so stretchy

@lyssmartinezzzz if it makes you feel any better I fit both. I wear mediums in the light colors to make them squat proof and then small on dark colors because I know they aren’t at risk of being sheer. I prefer my smalls but can fit mediums and feel okay in them.

@lyssmartinezzzz Hey girl, I'm 5'2 1/2, waist is 30 in, booty 42.5 in, thighs 24.5 in, I weigh ~150 lbs. Personally I like a comfortable fit on the waist (not too compressing) and a more fitted fit on the legs.
To me the size medium were JUST right on the waist and I DON'T have any extra fabric anywhere around the legs/butt. I fill them perfectly fine, but I do wish they were a tad tighter on the bum (my preference).

@darla_94 I feel like these are almost hard to recommend sizing because it all comes down to personal preference. I loooove my smalls but know mediums are squat proof in the lighter colors. Also did you see they posted comparison pictures of the blue and gray they are releasing to the previous colors. It’s up in my pictures! Just uploaded earlier. I still think I’m only getting the jade since I already have 2 blue and 2 gray. Any more and it can be excessive

The waist band is a tight compression. It gives me a lot of tummy control, but is super stretchy in the legs/bum area. They feel like a second skin almost

I'm afraid they'll be too big, I ordered a large in the leggings and bra and Hope said they run pretty tts and between sizes could probably go ahead and size down....sooooo there's that!

@kraymond_5 And, while I was ordering the jade green leggings, I purchased an XL based on how compression they are, even the larges are still really compressed on me (not busted can of biscuits compressed) but I am VERY scared the jade won't be squat proof! I have a small tattoo on my right cheek, so having a little extra fabric back there is NEVER a bad thing! lolol In my experience, if they're thick enough to cover my tattoo, then they're GOOD TO GO! :)

@kraymond_5 mediums. I debated about the size thing. I can definitely wear Smalls but i wear shorts more in the summer and leggings fall/winter (usually more lax with diet) so I went with mediums. I don't want the lighter colors to sheer and I also don't like how sometimes the seams thicken when really stretched..... we shall see 💕

@kraymond_5 I wish I could help you out but they won't issue a refund unless it's processed within 30 days from order date. It also takes them 7+ days (it states longer after a launch) to process. So between shipping time and their first come process. I don't want to risk going over the 30 day period. 😡 plus they don't cover shipping or return shipping. Makes me not too fond of the company.

@kraymond_5 completely agree. I just can't get over the way the seams lay and gusset fits on these. I rewatched the sizing preview that Alphalete posted and they all stand with a weirdly wide stance. Makes me think they knew there were issues. I don't want to feel insecure every time I sit on a bench or wear a crop.I didn't even try to see if they were squatproof. My husband and I were laughing too hard because it looked like I had a camel toe and I've never had that issue before.

@kraymond_5 honestly I'd size up then. The mediums fit more like the Smalls in my opinion. The changes eliminated the extra hip/lower pelvic fabric that the older version mediums have.

@alannaferreira I think I’m just more mad they changed it. I feel like the older crotch gusset flattered more bodies and wasn’t as bad for the camel toe. Plus the sizing was better for girls. It’s frustrating that I knew I was a small in these and they take away the extra fabric I had in the previous smalls so now I can’t grow in these leggings at all

@alannaferreira to which I reply the butt seam is so bad. The gusset that’s to Y out and it just gives you a mini wedgie. It’s like I’m almost about to go to vs and get all new undies to wear with these. My usual ones don’t seem to work great on this version because of that wedgie problem. Plus commando is abbbbsolutely not in the question for these new ones. I don’t need a seem digging up.

@gsouerwine mine are v1’s so they don’t have the white embossed alphalete on the back. Instead theg have alphalete in small black lettering on them. It’s printed on instead of stitched in so the letters do stand a chance of falling off.

@gsouerwine From what I’ve heard the wrap around bras run big and that you can’t get the wrong size due to the hook enclosure. For the joggers I heard they are true to size! Hope this helps.

@amvedula I got mine in a medium which is a size up from my normal size and they are completely squat proof because I have the extra fabric. I knew with such a light color if I went with my true size I’d be risking it. Hope this helps 💕

Just yesterday’s launch I wasn’t able to get the red joggers sold out so quickly I knew exactly what I wanted but by the time I put everything in the basket the hottest items sell out. I’m literally sitting at the count down each time 🙁I did get the premiums but not the regular joggers all the colors went so quick except black I really wanted red and it was the first to go. Oh well total rat race as usual lol . Can’t wait for the next launch.

I don’t know if the regular ones just launched are as nice since they are $52 and the premium is $62 ..my credit card screams every time and my bank account cries ..alphalete just keeps getting richer and we keep getting poorer lol but we look all awesome in them revival leggings though 👍when you feel good you look good am I right? 🙌

@ariyanmoran I’m a 2-4 in all lulus! I am 5 foot and 130 (I’m lean but I have good amounts of muscle/fat from my small bulk) Anyways I wear a small in alpha and I love the fit! If you can fit a 6 in lulu I would be worried about sheerness in a small so I would prob recommend a medium. You could try a small if you don’t mind some sheerness or how compressive they are! It’s all down to how you like leggings to fit! If it makes you feel any better I can fit both small and medium!

@marchesea27 it depends on how you like fit. There is more room in them but the fabric is thicker so it’s super compressive. I have both smalls and mediums and they both work well. It comes down to how you prefer your leggings to fit

@sydskillz So the v1’s have thicker fabric than the v2’s for starters! I love how durable my v1’s feel. The v1’s are less stretchy than the v2’s but aren’t cut as small as the v2’s. I absolutely think the v1’s are more true to size than the b2. The v2’s saving grace is the stretch!

@sandra_bunny Hey! I actually have a size up (medium) in my lilacs. My measurements are very similar to yours so I would recommend sticking with a medium. If you were to get a small I think they would run sheer! If that doesn’t bother you then you could probably go for it since you’re just a tad bigger in measurements than me and I prefer smalls.

@sandra_bunny the only difference I’ve found size wise is the older version is more high waisted due to a longer front seam and oval crotch gusset! I really believe these leggings run true to size. I would hate for you to size down because of that one small difference and have the fabric go completely sheer when you squat.

@brittanyashtonn I personally think they run true to size. I’m a small in all leggingns and a 4 in lulu. I hear some people who are between a 4-6 prefer medium. But it’s all up to the opinion on who you ask. Some like looser fit and I like a nice tight fit. I really suggest watching some sizing videos so you can get a great feeling on how they look and feel. Anything else you need let me know!

Though I heard they made this color more dense for this release to try and fix that sheerness so I’m not sure how those look in comparison. Also if you haven’t gotten them before just know when you first open the package they look extremely small. But they stretch and actually fit like a second skin! That’s why I love them so so much they literally don’t feel like you are wearing anything

@thel1stening I got a small. I have my black as an XS and I’m sure that’s how the crop is supposed to fit. It’s nice and tight, but I prefer my hoodies to be a little looser around the arms and shoulders so I sized up. It depends on how you like the fit personally. Either stick tts for a nice athletic tight fit or go up for a looser comfy fit

I have the 5 new colors they came out with this launch (excluding lilac because I already had that pair lol) but overall these are thicker and fit a little more comprehensive than the last launches. They don’t have quite as much stretch. But as I was wearing them I noticed they started to mold to my body more and I actually loved it. If you are in between sizes I would prob recommend to size up for precaution

@kteemsma You’re welcome girl! But just saying if you’re a true size small I would stick to the smalls. I did that and I def loooove how they suck you in. But if you like a more comfy fit or are in between a small and a medium I would go with the medium just because these ones are thicker in fabric and don’t have as much give as the first few launches.

@emnmlove They for very tts. I will say I have 3 in a small and one in XS. The body of the XS fits better because I’m short, but the arms of the small fit better because I like a looser sleeve as opposed to a fitted one. They definitely are a sport fit so it depends on how you personally like to wear your hoodies.

@emnmlove I definitely love those. I recommend staying tts if you like a little of a flow but more of a tight fit. If you want it to be suuper float size up. I wouldn’t recommend sizing down just because the arms are fitted and I cannot see myself fitting an XS comfortably

@redwoodexchange so it would depend on your body shape. I’m a true size 4 and I love my smalls, but my friend is a 6 and prefers mediums. It can go either way. She has wider hips and a larger booty so she fills the fabric more on a medium, but say you’re a slimmer 6 with not as much hip width then you could probably go down to a small.

@kraymond_5 i noticed you bought a pair of alphalete grey joggers bc i saw your comments on the same gals post that i also bought a pair. i received mine today with multiple stains & flaws. wondering if you had the same problem. maybe alphalete never released these because they had issues??? 🤷♀️🤷♀️ it was weird that they showed these joggers on insta and then never said anything and didnt release them. but alphalete is really good at not telling us what the hell is going on 🙄🙄

@hopelesslyjaded Honestly if there is even a stitch or stain messed up I’m going to send them back. I did not pay 71 bucks for flawed joggers you know? I’m sure they’ll launch them in the future. Ashley’s video said they had some issues with the manufacturer so they held the launch.

@cynx_ I do have the blacks and I do think they have a tad more compression than the others. I still personally stuck to my size, but those would be the ones I say to size up in if you are in between sizes
