ZARA Basic • Navy Dress Ruffle Tie Long Sleeves

Adorable dress! It has ruffles on the front and a tie that goes around the back. It’s a mix between navy and a dark greenish blue. I’ve only worn it twice so it’s pretty much new!:) It has some bluish discolorations in different places which were there when I got it.
