nicolerenee26 @margodwhite i do not have a chart so I just took measurements for you. As I reference I am a small in Victoria’s Secret Yoga pants. Both the small and the medium fit me. The medium is just a little loose but not by much. Small: Waist 26 Inches Inseam 25 Inches Medium: Waist 28 Inches Inseam 26 Inches Hope that helps!!!!!

nicolerenee26 @melindah627 hi! I don’t actually have a conversation chart for these so I am not sure which one would match size 7, but my guess would be a medium . They fit like leggings so if you wear leggings order these according to what you would normally wear. I wear a small in leggings so the small fits me, but so does the medium. Your best bet is to go of the measurements I have in the description. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need anything else!
