If you don’t want it super tight on your stomach I’d say large to be safe. And yes, they are regular back so no special bra needed. ☺️ I also Have them in black and beige coming Monday.

bella_row @robcoops it’s a whole other level of dedication for sure. I was trained by an IFBB Pro and I remember her yelling at me for chewing sugar free gum because it had 2 trace calories 😩. I actually don’t and I don’t even have a FB 🤭. But I have so much respect for these athletes that compete year round. Have a great day and thanks again for the motivation. 💪🏽
