NWOT Parker dress *brand new never worn*

Fun print silk dress with a split V neck and a pintucked bib. 6-button closure. Gathered elastic waist and ruched yoke and shoulders. Pintucking and layered ruffles at cuffs. Long bell sleeves. Semi-sheer at bodice and double-layered at skirt. Can be worn as mini dress or tunic. Color of dress is navy blue. Never worn!
