tinaliveswell Hello I received the boots today that I ordered from you. Never have bought anything from Poshmark before so I'm not sure how to go about a refund. I'm a natural size 8 and the boots that I ordered said they were a size 8 and 1/2 to a nine. And actually these are probably a size six and a half or seven I could not even get half of my foot in their barefoot. And like I said I'm in size 8. Please tell me how to go about a refund. But no problem go on the page of my purchases and at the bottom it says problem/inquiries I think, and press that, and it’ll give you directions on how to start a return. There’s not much I can do on my end. I’m sorry again that the boots didn’t work out. They are really cute!

tinaliveswell I'm trying to navigate this whole site like I said I've never used this website once in my life. I do know that you must have extra extra small feet then if they're too big on you because I can't even get it halfway on my foot and I'm in eight so something's not right. The money has not been released to me until you have excepted the order or have started a return request, which I understand you cannot because of using the mobile app. I made it very clear to customer service that I am fine with you returning the boots and then refunding you or refunding you and letting you keep them. So probably by the morning we will hear from them.

roxysluxe @jatod19 duh 🤣 of course! I was sharing with you because it’s a train share show and all the participants are really awesome gals and great to work with. I haven’t been on this train yet, but, I do other shows and I cohost @bostieboutique where we have host giveaways, bossy’s husband does trivia questions and then there’s a raffle at the end. It is super fun. I think we’re gonna be doing one next Saturday! Hope you’ll be able to join us. I’ll be sending out the flyers for it.
