meboutique @chash82 From the top of the seam it is 23"-25". It has a lot of stretch. Please keep in mind this will sit a little lower on the shoulder. You can make it puffier simply by pushing the sleeve higher. It is one of those tops that the sleeve length really isn't terribly relevant.
