@kaymik1120 Hi Kayla! I'm glad you asked! The upper back hem is elastic which would help if you're bigger busted. The rest of it has minimal stretch to it. When laid out flat the waist measures 14" left to right (one side). I'd suggest you compare this to a dress you already have in your closet to be safe.
