@pixiepigsy I'm so sorry I didn't see your message. I'm also very sorry it came that way from the store. BUT, NEW is what I want. Need really. I've had way, WAY too many people say never been used and greasy. How anyone can send an item out without using glass plus to wipe it up is beyond my comprehension. I have a tad OCD if you cannot tell. But it's still common sense. Thank you so much dear.

I had an item that was cracked. Said used twice. And had dust and dirt inside. Once again. Wipe out with a cleaner cloth. But the crack? That's not one or two uses. I've given up. I'm an extremely heavy buyer. Addicted. So now I buy only new. OR Used once. I just bought a whole bunch of fun stuff for friend and a very poor family I know. I'm excited for them. Clothes and makeup. Very excited! But it's a lot to ask for feedback when the item is not as described. I'm being a jerk. Forgive me.

@mwrice I'm so sorry that happened to you before on Poshmark! I hate dishonest sellers. I try my best to describe my items as they are. That's why I stated there were small scratches on the plate. I also bought the leather cleaner and conditioner from the Kate Spade store. I clean all of my products even though they are brand new from the store. They are excellent products to clean off the dust and finger grease. 💕😊
