From designer Victor Costa, this 2-pc skirt and jacket gown is stunning. Beautiful true red skirt with back flap, zipper and clasp. Slight elasticity in back for waist that goes from 13-14”. Length is 42.5”. Slight run that is hardly noticeable but see close up pic. Jacket is stunning with red bead buttons, floral appliqué and beaded. Jacket measures 18” under arms, 15.5” waist, 20.5” length and 23” sleeves. Both size 6 and fully lined.
