kpronesti209 @2805crystal you have received the metallic combo that was sold as a set to someone else. Since you had accepted the bag poshmark will not change anything as per there regulation. I wish you didn’t accept the bag so we could have swapped it out for you! Since everything is regulated by poshmark there is absolutely nothing I can do. Maybe you can try and contact poshmark if you’d like? If you like the metallic east west than you got 2 extra freebies! Sorry!

2805crystal @kpronesti209 I sent Poshmark a case not sure what you mean I accepted the order I just got out of the hospital and open it today and was wrong item it make me feel like you knew it was wrong when you sent it since the bag and makeup size pouch match and there was a smaller bag which is the black camo if I wanted the other bag I would have purchased that one I think this is just not right

kpronesti209 @2805crystal what happened was there were 3 orders that went out at the same time. 2 of which were the same camo bag (one was supposed to be yours) and my sister accidentally sent that metallic combo as your shipment and the other person who received your bag opened a claim they received the camo one instead of the metallic combo. So I was hoping that between your order or the other order of camo someone would let me know if they received the wrong item

I did not hear from the both of you for some time that’s why I tagged you and the other lady specifically asking if you received the correct bag. On this platform poshmark regulates everything so it’s not like I can just control the shipment labels or anything to do with the account side.

I can not see whether you actually hit the accept the bag button or not.. let the only reason I said I wish you had not “accepted” the bag was because all I see on my end is that the funds were released to me stating you had 3 days to accept the bag and confirm it was what you purchased and the funds were released after that 3rd day.

So to clarify there is no way to tell if you really accepted or if poshmark auto accepted for you after the waiting period. kpronesti209 @lisamiracle the Kanvas material is stiff enough to stay the shape but over time it does have flexibility and is very comfortable. I been wearing the camo backpack as a diaper bag for 2 years and it didn’t start out so stiff where it would stand up on its own empty. I hope that helps

I haven’t ever heard of that happened before since it’s all poshs system. Also, the “odd smell” is from the material quilted koala used inside the bags to make them water resistant and/or just the plastic material itself. I use each of the bags for the passed 3 years and the smell disappeared when I used it.

kpronesti209 @uesgirlie I have for sale matching small and large camo make up bags as well. The Pom Poms are quilted koalas signature decoration for the bags. We throw them in with some of our styles. This east west bag gets a set of Poms for free.

kpronesti209 @uesgirlie thank you for the feedback and I’m glad you like the bag. The material is strong scented. The scent fades when you use it. Yes you can use febreeze but I use the bag everyday and don’t have a scent after I used it. I think it’s the initial material smell. It has a water resistant coating and canvas and the plastic material inside.
