Brand New with tags Tommy Hilfiger Burnt Velvet dress. Gorgeous! Burgundy burnt velvet chevron pattern. Long sleeves, collarless, 3 button. Buttons are gold color. Flounce bottom. Love this dress!! Great for fall and the holidays. I know it's spring/summer now but don't wait on this dress it's so cute and complete with suede/leather booties.
