veeski65 @erosas71 The Cameo stone is a simulated hemolite. The material I am not sure. The metal seems to be a silvertone plate. I do not see any material info on the box. It was a giftand I have never wore it. I wish I knew more about it. So sorry I could not give you a definite answer.
