julitacos @kat_cook you’re welcome! If you want it to show up in other people’s searches I would suggest changing it to for sale but put something like $400 in there. I think over $500 doesn’t show up as often and same with NFS marked items. 🤗

I literally emailed them this morning because I’m in the same boat😩 I just got a response from customer service, it works a bit different than what I originally told you. She told me to either mail in my one earring or bring it to a store if I’m close enough and they will give me half off a brand new pair because they don’t want the stones to mismatch! Hope it all works out for you! ❤️😘
