Do you happen to have actual measurements by chance? Like of the waist/bust/shoulders most importantly, I'm obsessed with this dress but don't think it'll fit. Also, is there extra fabric inside the dress at the seam? Thank you!!

Pit to pit, 17.5
Waist across seam, 14
Shoulder to hem, 33
Across shoulders at top. 14
Across shoulders at bottom of black panel, 12
There is a lining, however it is loose. Only attached at front buttons and darted on the bottom of the sides at the hem. Dress has "gathers" at some of the seams throughout the entire thing. Hope this helps!! Please let me know if you would like me to measure anything else!!
