Floral summer dress

Very cute summer dress. White with floral design and brown belt that ties in the back. Padded bra area and is double lined. The dress measures 27inches long and from straps it's about 33 inches long. Straps are asjustable. The width measures 12 inches but is stretchy material. Only worn once and is great condition!
