leoindisguise I made an offer on a under armour hoodie. It said you accepted. Under order status, it says it's cancelled. It says I was charged, now it's cancelled and it will be refunded in 10-14 days on my card. Please help me understand what happened if my offer was accepted. This is not a good start on things since I just joined today.

sailingsisters @semcguig I’m sorry we don’t have anyway to make an adjustment except through Poshmark! I am surprised bc we inspect every item closely and I’m not sure how that was missed. We have no way to Private Message and we don’t do anything outside of the Poshmark platform as it’s against the rules. Please go ahead and take pictures and open the claim. Please make sure of course all tags are still on the garment and so forth. Thank you for your purchase and I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience
