Plant blue/Blue life off the shoulder dress

Sadly I bought this with only the model pics and it is way too small on me. It is tagged as a small but fits more like an XS. I would suggest if you want this to fit like it does on the model that you be a size 0. It’s adorable and will work perfect for a cover up at the beach. Adorable ties that hang off your shoulder. Elastic at the top.
