Black blouse and skirt with cream colored accent on flounce of sleeves and skirt. Blouse is button front with 3/4 sleeves. It is slightly more sheer on the sleeves. Blouse is lined and somewhat fitted. Skirt has side zip with plain band in front and small elastic waist in back. Skirt hits right below the knee.
