TIFFANY BLUE PROM DRESS

~used once ~Tiffany blue color ~gold bow belt ~open cross tie back (shown in last pic in different color) ~Aurora borealis crystal rhinestone top ~collar of dress was adjusted to my neck (as shown in pic) but the prongs can easily be removed ~I would recommend going to a tailor for that and they can adjust it to your neck size if necessary ~minor textured parts as shown in second to last pic (barely noticeable)
