jeliseboutique @msrgoneal Hello, I do apologize that the watch isn't working, all of them are brand new and individually wrapped so I didn't take notice, did you remove the plastic clip off the spinning gage? Well if you file a dispute you'll to get a shipping label to resend it back and I'll send you out a new one, again I do apologize for the inconvenience but I appreciate your business so I'll make the situation right!☺

jeliseboutique @msrgoneal To open a case: Step 1: Go to the Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Select the order you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry.   After we verify your claim, we'll refund payment. If we don't hear from you by 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be available.

If you want to release the payment now or once it's resolved is up to you. I do assure you that this matter will be resolved. msrgoneal @jeliseboutique Hi -yes, I did receive a shipping label. Also, there was a message to say it had to be sent back by Tuesday or they will release the payment and I would have no recourse. jeliseboutique @msrgoneal I honestly don't know the answer to that question, I would have to look further into that for you. This is my first time doing a return. So apologize for not having all this information on standby. I would just suggest trying to make time to ship it out today or tommorrow, just so you don't have to pay for shipping if they don't re-issue a new shipping label. The post office will let you know if it's expired and can not ship.

jeliseboutique @msrgoneal Yes I realized it was deducted from my account on Sunday, which was the day after I received the watch you shipped back. I just didn't know how to retrieve a new shipping label to ship out your replacement watch. I had to contact Poshmark on how to go about doing so, that was when I was told to rebundle your order. No biggie☺ I apologize for not reaching out to you and letting you know what was happening on my end.

jeliseboutique @msrgoneal Hello, I'm glad the watch you purchased is working, however the two watches should both be in working condition because I doubled checked your order & they both were working before packaging & shipping. Good thing it was a free gift!🎁 I do apologize for the late reply but I literally have about 50-60 notifications easily within 20 minutes through out the day whether its shares, follows, or customers inquiring about an item so I'm not able to see every notification.

Just by the way, even a "free" watch should be in working order, otherwise, that says nothing for trying to make a situation right- you could have just sent the replacement alone. jeliseboutique @msrgoneal I give customers a free gift as a way of saying thank you, (regardless of the thank you card that is also sent in every order) a gift isn't mandatory. That's my choosing. I do that because I enjoy my business & customers. However out of the 85 customer's that I have had the pleasure of doing business w/ in the 60 days I've been on Poshmark I must say you have been the only with a complaint about my products. I also understand you can't please everyone.
