This pallette sells for$12.60 on the website now new as you can see https://colourpop.com/collections/eye-palettes so $12 from a third party with an unknown expiration date seems a bit high although I know you may have paid more for it at the time.Market price changed due to new stuff coming up... And makeup expiration dates. So, what is the fairest cost you can offer considering I can get one brand new for $12.60 with $5.99 shipping instead of the $6.49 shipping I have to pay here
