elle311 Hi, I just picked up my order from the concierge's desk; and the shoes are way too big. Although I ordered down 1/2 size as the description suggested. I would like to exchange for the size 5.5...let me know what the procedure is.

elle311 In the meantime, I saw them on Walmart.com and placed an order for the 5.5; then discovered that you are the same vendor. I called Walmart immediately to cancel that order and they said that they've notified you via email. I also contacted American Express and notified them that the order was canceled with Walmart. Again, I would like to exchange the sz 6.5 I ordered from you last seek for the 5.5 because the 6.5 are way too big...Thank you.
