I'm not sure about my granddaughters measurements I do know we took in the dress a little bit on the size because of this it was too big for her breast area We didn't cut it So I can be let out if me be on the size at the top My granddaughter is a size 8.. I will try to reach my daughter in see if she Has my granddaughter measurements
