Black romper with white stitched embellishment

Pre-loved. Super cute black romper with double shoulder straps.and a tiny little peep hole in the front. Ties together in the back. Has an elastic waist with a "rope" waist belt w/ tassels. Also comes with a lining sewn together in the crotch. Super cute piece but unfortunately it no longer fits me.
