marymaybe @kittydevlin217 Hi Kitty. The shoes were mailed out on Monday afternoon. I handed the package to a postal worker. I'm not sure why the tracking hasn't been updated. This has happened with an order before. The tracking was not updated until it was delivered. So I am hoping you will get it by Friday. I will keep checking in at Post office website. I will keep you updated as info becomes available. MM

marymaybe @allisonlance Hi Allison. I'm not sure why we don't have private mailboxes. Poshmark policy forbids sellers communicating with customers off the platform. We can get kicked off for doing so and I can't risk that. If there's a problem with an item Poshmark handles that, you can open a case. Sorry if this is not the response you were hoping for. MM

allisonlance @marymaybe I do understand, your privacy is your privacy. First off, I left you a nice review. I am happy with my stuff, but here is the deal and maybe this will help you in future sales or maybe you will not care: when I went to wash the jammies I found a Goodwill $6.99 price tag on them. It sort of makes me feel like a chump. I know you can find deals and sell them, but maybe just take off the preexisting tag especially when the item was so much cheaper. I hope this makes sense. So it makes me nervous when I am asked about that. I’m sorry the tag was left on. Please understand that the “cost” of a listed item is more than the price. There is the time spent shopping, cleaning and steaming item, photographing, listing on site, sharing 2-4 times a day, packaging and mailing.

allisonlance @marymaybe Thanks for the explanation of what goes into the selling and how much Posh takes, yikes, that is a huge cut. I had no idea, I knew they got a percentage, but darn - 20% seems like a lot, however, I bet they have expenses and time involved too. So anyhow, I love your clothing, and maybe it was silly to point out but as a buyer it seemed like something I should point out. Hope you have no hard feelings, because I don’t.
