Posh does not offer a return policy...
Their policy is, if item is sent, and determined “not as described” they will issue a refund. No exchanges for wrong size ordered.
However, If they didn’t fit, I don’t have a problem with swapping for a different size (if i have it in stock) providing you pay the postage.

@ckru11 okay I tried on both with an ankle sock...the 9.5 fit but was snug and my toe went right to the top...the 10 fit perfect. I am a regular not narrow or wide. Hope that helps :)

@concierge actually everyone goes up of they are in between because they fit snug. They definitely don’t do the boat thing haha...trust me I understand that...I’m a 10 and some shoes I just can’t wear because of the boat factor :)

Hello I order this same shoe on eBay in my normal size 8 and they were very small with my toe hitting the top uncomfortably. I noticed you have a 9 but no 8.5. In your other comments I noticed others go up a half size. Do u think going up a full size will fit too big leaving me with the opposite problem?
