VTG Ruffled Tuxedo Style Buttondown Blouse

Super cute and classy vintage ruffled tuxedo top! Buttons down front with buttons on cuffs. Ruffles down the middle on top of buttons, on wrists and around collar. Beautiful floral/paisley design w/aqua, lavendar, dark blue & white. Fits like a S. I'm a 36C & fit perfectly, altho if I moved much it would come undone. Better for a smaller chest. Union made in USA. Feels like a soft silky polyblend. No shoulder pads. Gentle EUC. Good condition! Pls ask any questions!
