By Moulinette Souers. I can’t say enough how beautiful and special this dress is...and I wish it worked for me. I would say it would fit a size 4 perfectly, maybe a 2. Runs TTS but doesn’t hang as loose around the hips as I would like. The most amazing hand-drawn details  of woodland animals at bottom of dress. The blur is a gorgeous warm blue so would flatter just about any skin tone, could I go on? Yes...this dress is the jam and should find the right person to rock it!!!
