Looks unworn. No belt. Amazing petal detail at bust. Elastic waist and looks best belted. Such a good goth witchy vibe. Will fit 4 thru 8. Iglwu tag. Marked dry clean only. Bodice is semi sheer and skirt is lined. Second pic lightened to show detail. No flaws found but maybe a slight mark or loose thread here or there.
