Hi. What's the condition of this shirt please. Has the shirt been shrunk? Please verify the collar is 17" by measurement for if poorly laundered it will shrink and not fit a 17 neck. Thank you.

@goofy393 it has been sent to cleaners for laundering. I added a last picture of the collar measured flat. From button to center of buttonhole is 17 1/4"
