Tan and black stripped maxi dress

Black and Tan stripped maxi summer dress. From forever21 never warn. It is slightly see through so I would wear a slip or spandex underneath. Very comfortable and light so it’s perfect for summer. I’m 5’3 and never wore it because it was too long and I needed a slight heel for it to fit properly. Any questions. Just ask.
