avantiboutique @loriangordon Hi..yes they are new. They come packaged in a clear cello bag with the manufacturers product code sticker on the bag. They do not have a price tag on them or hanging from them like you would see in the retail store. I am posting a pic for you so you can see how it is packaged and sent to me
